In 2023, Joy Coleman answered God’s call to serve with Mountain Gateway. The ministry’s mission is to find workers and help them remain on the field by providing the training, equipping, prayer ministry, pastoral care, and practical support necessary for ministry to flourish.

Joy serves through intercession, prayer ministry, and human resources, helping identify and support workers so they can remain healthy, equipped, and effective in their calling. A significant factor in missionaries leaving the field is a lack of consistent prayer support. Mountain Gateway’s prayer ministry is committed to covering ministries, workers, and their families in prayer while also going to the nations to experience life on the field firsthand. These experiences provide greater context and understanding of the challenges workers face and help equip others to grow in prayer and intercession within the local church.

• Pray for the salvation of Joy’s children and grandchildren.

• Pray that Joy’s heart would remain humble, willing, and obedient to God’s plan for her life.
