Pastors Scott and Britt Silcox

Rusty and Leisa Nelson are committed to multi-generational vision and raising up sons and daughters. After founding the church 25 years ago and working hand-in-hand with Pastors Scott and Britt Silcox for over 20 of those year, they have joyfully passed the baton of leadership to the Silcoxes. As Pastors Rusty and Leisa have transitioned into an apostolic role, they continue to give support, encouragement, and wisdom to the Rock and a growing number of diverse churches. They are enjoying this new season of traveling, mentoring and speaking into the health and growth of other pastors, overseeing a ministry alliance (R3), and advocating for foster care and adoption. They are parents to four wonderful adult children, parents-in-love to three spouses, and grandparents to a growing number of little ones.
